Fred Anthony Uera

Fred Anthony Uera is a civil engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently employed at Fichtner Consulting Engineers Ltd since August 2021, Uera is involved in the Waste Water Treatment Plant project in Umm Al-Hayman. Prior to this, Uera worked at The Bridge Co. from November 2018 to August 2021, serving as a civil engineer within an American Army Camp in Kuwait. From January 2014 to November 2018, Uera held the position of Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer at O&G Engineering, overseeing the construction of 39 school buildings for the Ali Al Sabah Military Academy. Earlier in Uera's career, a role as a Road/Bridge QC Inspector was held at Louis Berger from October 2010 to December 2014. Uera holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, completed in 2005, with a focus on quantity surveying, road and bridge, building construction, project management, structural materials, and quality control.
