Akash Bothera is a seasoned professional in human resources and analytics, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of HR for the Asia Pacific Region at FICO® since July 2004. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Member at Qwest Communications and a Research Associate specializing in Intellectual Property at Evalueserve. Akash started career as an intern at Sun Microsystems. Academic qualifications include a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, a PGCHRM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and an Executive Program in Management from Cornell University.
