Sreekanth Kakuru

Sreekanth Kakuru is a seasoned technology professional with over two decades of experience in application support, performance engineering, and database administration. Currently serving as Senior Director - Application Support, APAC at FICO since November 2006, Sreekanth leads a team of over 40 support engineers, managing all levels of support and overseeing the Application Managed Services team for cloud customers. Previous roles at FICO include DevOps Engineering-Director and Sr Manager Performance Engineering, where Sreekanth established critical environments and ensured product delivery without performance issues. Earlier experience includes database administration at Fidelity Investments and production support engineering at Affiliated Computer Services, along with a foundational role at Tata Consultancy Services. Sreekanth holds a Master’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
