Hugo Rafael Ruiz S.

Hugo Rafael Ruiz S. is a Design Quality Engineer at FICOSA since January 2023, leveraging a strong background in quality planning and product development gained from previous roles at HELLA, where responsibilities included the management of quality planning and the application of quality methodologies for product launch. Hugo served as an Associate Professor in the Mechatronic and Industrial Engineering department at Universidad Tecmilenio and worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Milsco Manufacturing, ensuring the production launch of new product lines. A former Junior Strategic Planner at Whirlpool Mexico, Hugo participated in a corporate trainee program, gaining experience in strategic planning, product development, and sales. Hugo holds a Master's degree in Project Management from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with additional studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
