Jim Connor

Jim Connor has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the manufacturing industry. Jim has worked as the President and CEO of Newcor, a publicly traded automotive parts supplier, where they successfully pursued a Chapter 11 restructuring and increased revenue. Jim has also served as the President of Glacier Vandevell, a subsidiary of JP Industries, where they oversaw the manufacturing of engine bearings. Jim has further experience as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Rockwell Medical Technologies, where they led a successful initial public offering and implemented a target market strategy. Additionally, they have held roles as a Managing Director at BBK, a regional turnaround advisory firm, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tecumseh Products Company, a global manufacturer of refrigeration and air conditioning compressors. Jim is currently working as the VP Chief Financial Officer at Fidelis Holdings Group LLC. Throughout their career, Jim has focused on turnaround situations, providing operational expertise, financial acumen, and accurate business plans for refinancing and restructuring.

Jim Connor attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1974 to 1975, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Lawrence Technological University from 1969 to 1974. Jim also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant in July 1977 from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. It is unknown if they pursued any further education at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
