Conor O'Riordan

Conor O'Riordan is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Chief Capacity Officer and Group Head of Corporate Finance at The Fidelis Partnership since January 2023. In this role, Conor oversees corporate finance, insurer capacity strategy, and investor relations for one of the largest MGUs globally, managing approximately $4 billion in gross written premium. Prior to this, Conor held the position of Group Corporate Transactions at Fidelis Insurance from July 2021 to January 2023 and worked in M&A advisory at RBC Capital Markets from January 2018 to July 2021, with significant experience across various sectors including fintech and insurance. Conor also contributed to Principal Investments and M&A at Key Capital from 2015 to 2018. Academically, Conor holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin, along with Level 1 certification in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
