James Fern

James Fern has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the building services industry. James most recently worked as the Group President/Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group since 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Daikin Applied Americas, including Regional General Manager and Vice President and General Manager. James served as the President/CEO of FERN INSULATORS, INC. from 2017 to 2019. James also worked at Johnson Controls as Vice President & General Manager and Vice President-Operations Energy Solutions. Before that, they held positions at Service Logic, Trane, York International, and Limbach Company, where they gained experience as an executive, director, manager, and project manager in the industry.
