David Barrett

David Barrett is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Global Head of Equity Investment Management Operations and Currency Management at Fidelity International since May 2014. Barrett has held various roles in currency management and FX hedging within the organization. Additionally, Barrett is a board member at One In Four Ireland since February 2022. Previous positions include Head of Treasury at Dunnes Stores and Treasury Manager at Aviva. Early career experiences include roles at Aviva Investors, FTI, and AIB International Financial Services. Barrett holds an MSc in Investment & Treasury from Dublin City University and a BBS in Accountancy & Finance with French from the University of Limerick.
