Graeme Milligan

Graeme Milligan is a seasoned professional in product ownership and customer experience with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and enhancing user interactions. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Fidelity International since May 2023, Graeme drives business growth through innovative product strategies and collaboration with engineering and design teams. Previously, Graeme spent over two decades at BT, progressing through various roles including Senior Product Owner, Customer Experience Consultant, and Senior Project Manager, where key achievements included modernizing customer communication journeys and successfully launching high-profile products. Additionally, Graeme has experience in community leadership as the Director of Itaipava Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Juniors CIC, a non-profit organization focused on teaching children Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Graeme holds a degree from the University of Bath.
