Maria Abbonizio

Maria Abbonizio, CFA, serves as the Global Chief Administrative Officer for Investment Management at Fidelity International, a position held since September 2004. With a robust career progression at Fidelity, Maria has also held the roles of Global CAO for Investment Management and Head of Hong Kong, among other leadership positions focused on investment operations across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Fidelity, Maria worked at KBC Securities and Cazenove & Co, specializing in equity research for Japanese markets. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Sydney, as well as a Japanese Language Certificate from Keio University.
