Mena Nadaraja has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Brand & Strategic Marketing at Fidelity International, starting in February 2023. Their previous roles include working as the Global Program Director at MediaMonks from August 2016 to December 2017, where they managed programs for clients like Johnson & Johnson, Booking.com, and the International Olympics Committee. Mena also worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Associate Director of Digital Marketing (Southeast Asia) and Listerine Digital Lead (APAC) from August 2015 to August 2016.

Mena Nadaraja's earlier career includes tenure at Tesco as the Director of Trade & Brand Communications from April 2011 to August 2015, as well as roles at Nike as the Country Marketing Manager & Regional PR Lead from 2008 to 2011, and at Grayling Global as a Consultant in 2008.

Mena Nadaraja completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Multimedia & Networking from the National University of Malaysia between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing between 2001 and 2002.
