Michelle Vaughan (Bates) has over 18 years of experience in various roles, primarily within the insurance and administrative sectors. Currently serving as a Business Manager at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited since May 2022 and as the Owner of STRONG Pilates since June 2023, Michelle has transitioned from previous positions as an Insurance Adviser at Insurance Market and Imsure from 2017 to 2022. Early career experience includes roles as a Personal Assistant to Directors at Haydon Kinnard and Myles Wealth Management, as well as administrative positions at Lifetime Group - New Zealand and Harcourts Grenadier.
