Malena Deall

Malena Deall has a strong background in project management and training. Malena started their career at First American Title as a Regional Trainer, where they worked from 1997 to 2000. Malena then moved on to become the So Cal Regional Lead Trainer at the same company, overseeing training initiatives in the Southern California region from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Fidelity National Financial as an eLearning Project Lead. Alongside their professional work, Malena also serves as a Lead Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, where they support and guides fellow sailors.

Malena Deall began their education journey in 1993 at the Academy Pacific Business and Travel College, where they pursued a degree in Transportation Management. Malena successfully completed their program in 1995. In 1996, Malena enrolled in the New Horizons Computer Learning Centers to further their knowledge in Computer Software Technology/Technician, completing their studies in 1998. Finally, they attended Glendale College from 1998 to 2000, concentrating on General Studies.
