Joseph Malarbe

Joseph Malarbe is a Technical Support & Deployment Specialist at Fidelity Payment Services, where responsibilities include setting up and deploying credit card terminal orders and configuring virtual payment gateways to meet merchant specifications since August 2017. Previously, Joseph served as an IT Technician Assistant at City University of New York City College, monitoring computer lab activities and assisting students with large-format printing from September 2016 to May 2017, and as an IT Lab Assistant, providing software and hardware support to students and faculty from September 2015 to May 2016. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The City College of New York, completed in 2017.
