Michael Lamar

Michael Lamar has extensive experience in aviation training and management, currently serving as Contract Instructor Manager at Fidelity Technologies Corporation since November 2021. Prior roles include KC-130J Contract Instructor Lead at Valiant Integrated Services and KC-130J Crewmaster Instructor at KC-130J Fleet Replacement Detachment, where responsibilities included training pilots and crew members, managing aviation simulations, and serving as a standardization evaluator for USMC KC-130J units. Lamar's career also encompasses significant leadership roles in the Marine Corps Recruiting, overseeing the training and development of diverse personnel across multiple squadrons, scheduling flights and simulator sorties, and contributing to the creation of training materials and operational procedures.
