Hui Su

Hui Su is an experienced leader in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Vice President and Data Science Practice Lead at Fidelity Investments since September 2020, focusing on AI technologies for FinTech applications. Previously, Hui Su held key positions at IBM from 1996 to 2020, including Director of the Cognitive and Immersive Systems Lab, where oversight included collaboration with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Director of Collaboration User Experience at the IBM Watson Research Center, managing various global missions in cognitive user experience and visual analytics. Additionally, Hui Su has extensive experience in leading research teams that contributed to innovations in cloud platforms and human-computer interaction. Academic credentials include a PhD in Neural Network Algorithms and Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Control Process, both from Tsinghua University.
