Megan Russell

Megan Russell currently holds the position of Director, Sales Transformation Lead at Fidelity Investments, a role commenced in May 2005, responsible for overseeing projects that drive sales growth and strategy within Workplace Investing. Previous roles at Fidelity include Director of Manager Development & Support, Learning Catalyst, Senior Director of Strategic Programs, and participation in a General Management Apprentice program. Prior to Fidelity, Megan Russell worked at Investors Bank & Trust as a Fund Support Manager and held roles such as Senior Operations Analyst and Fund Accounting Supervisor. Megan Russell earned an MBA with a concentration in Global Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Government from Smith College, also studying at Universidad de Córdoba.
