Cynthia Owusu

Cynthia Owusu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and management. Currently serving as Head of Staff at Fido since July 2022 and as an AI Annotator at Mindrift since May 2024, Cynthia previously held the position of Data and Research Manager at BTL Africa and worked as a Senior Data Analyst at PEGAfrica. With a strong foundation in business intelligence, Cynthia developed automated systems that significantly improved reconciliation processes and created procedures that enhanced efficiency and accuracy in financial operations at Bayport Savings and Loans. Additionally, Cynthia has a background as a Database Analyst and contributed to the development of an in-house loan tracking system at the Students Loan Trust Fund. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Ghana.
