Tim Wittkopp

Tim Wittkopp is the current Director of Construction for the Eastern Region at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. Tim has 18 years and 2 months of experience with the company, starting as a Project Manager and working their way up to their current position. In their role, they are responsible for performing general contractor tasks by working with architects on building designs, thoroughly redlining plans and scopes prior to construction, writing and managing contracts for multi-family construction, working closely with sub-contractors on costs and materials, and managing budgets and field superintendents. Tim also acts as an owner's representative overseeing general contractors for large scale projects.

Tim Wittkopp attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2000-2004, where they studied Building Construction Management. Tim also obtained a business minor with a focus in Construction Management from the same institution.
