Jenny Sun is a seasoned Service Design & Research Consultant and Co-Founder at Field, where since March 2011, the focus has been on enhancing patient experiences for digital health companies. With a strong background in user experience strategy, Jenny has collaborated with executives and cross-functional teams to align business strategies with user needs. Previous roles include serving as an Instructor in User Experience at The Creative Circus and as an Advisory Board Member for UX Strat Conference. Notably, Jenny has worked with major clients, including GE and Coca-Cola, and has successfully streamlined online prescription management for a leading pharmacy chain. Jenny's educational background includes a BFA in Visual Communications from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
