John-Paul Damico

John-Paul Damico has extensive work experience, starting in 2007 as the CEO of Field Advantage. During their time there, they significantly grew the company by 20,000% within five years, expanding to over 200 locations. Damico was also invited to work with the White House Administration on the Startup America campaign. John-Paul developed effective business methods and processes to efficiently manage a national team.

After their role at Field Advantage, Damico joined Isd 709 as the Special Services Lead Field Technician. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing all Special Services software, hardware, and support. John-Paul provided primary support to over 450 personnel in 24 locations. Damico successfully coordinated large-scale projects with General and demonstrated excellent technical expertise.
