Samantha Henderson

Samantha Henderson is an experienced MEL Consultant currently working for Norges Musikkorps Forbund and Field Band Foundation, where Samantha has co-designed an integrated MEL system and developed organizational strategies. Samantha also serves as a Policy Analysis Consultant at African Impact Advisory, contributing to B Corporation status applications and conducting feasibility studies for international programs. Previous roles include academic internships and research assistance at various institutions, demonstrating a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis, education, and bilingual communication. Samantha holds a Master of Philosophy in Social Policy and Development from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and French from Vassar College.
