Kurt Anderson

Kurt Anderson is a seasoned Senior Geologist currently with Field Geo Services, Inc., focusing on detailed lithological and gas analysis in the Anadarko Basin. With extensive experience spanning over 40 years, Kurt has held prominent positions at Anderson Geological Services, where contributions included overseeing horizontal shale projects and coring operations in various basins. Previously, Kurt worked as a well site geologist for notable companies such as BP, EnCana, and Tom Brown, managing complex drilling operations and reservoir evaluations. Kurt's early career included roles in the U.S. Air Force as a chief pilot and flight instructor, followed by foundational work in well site data engineering at Dresser Magcobar. Kurt holds a B.A. in Geology from the University of Vermont.
