Lileas Maier

Digital Learning Resources Coordinator at FIELD MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY

Lileas Maier is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in developing and delivering educational resources within the field of science and museums. Currently serving as the Digital Learning Resources Coordinator at the Field Museum since March 2021, Lileas has focused on creating a variety of digitized learning materials for pre-K-12 classrooms. Prior roles include Learning Resources Coordinator for Museums for Digital Learning, Lead Fundraiser for the Coalition of Immokalee Workers, and Director of School Programs at miSci, where Lileas managed STEAM educational initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as a Science Communicator, Program Coordinator at the Schenectady County Historical Society, and as a Teacher's Assistant at Selinsgrove Middle School. Lileas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Susquehanna University.
