Glenn Bachmann has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 1993, they founded Bachmann Software, a mobile applications and technology consulting business. Glenn served as the Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant, providing technology leadership and development services to various companies such as The Weather Channel, Kodak, HP, and ACT!.

In 2008, Bachmann worked as a Mobile Apps Developer and Consultant for The Weather Channel, where they developed their first consumer app for the iPhone, which was highly successful. Glenn also worked as a Mobile Apps Developer, Engineering Team Manager, and Consultant at Digifit, Inc., overseeing the development of their fitness tracking solution.

From 2015 to 2018, Bachmann served as the Chief Technology Officer at Comprendo, LLC, where they aligned the company's technology roadmap with its business strategy. During their tenure, they successfully delivered healthcare technology platforms and digital patient guide solutions.

In recent years, Bachmann has held roles such as Vice President of Delivery at Accelerance, where they coached and guided clients' product and engineering teams, and Chief Technology Officer at Field Squared, where they provided product and engineering leadership.

Currently, Bachmann is working as the Director of Product Engineering at Challenges App, leading their engineering team in building a gamified health solution for corporate wellness. Glenn also works as a Coach and Advisor for Academic Partnerships, elevating their product planning and engineering execution.

Throughout their career, Bachmann has demonstrated expertise in product development, technology leadership, and guiding offshore teams.

Glenn Bachmann earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University, completing their studies from 1981 to 1985.
