Jennifer Grambs has extensive experience in customer service and management across various roles. Currently a Customer Service Specialist at Field & Stream Shops since October 2015, Jennifer assists customers with returns and purchases. As a volunteer at Wayland Custom Embroidery & Design LLC, involvement extends to providing customized clothing and gifts. Previously, Jennifer was an Assistant Office Manager at Empire Dragway from April 2010 to April 2015, where several office tasks were performed, along with serving as an EMT on-site. Jennifer owned Ship and Shop Business Center from April 2008 to December 2012, focusing on packing and shipping services. Jennifer also contributed as a member of AMPC from 2008 to 2012, catering to shipping store owners. Early career experience includes serving as a 2nd mate at Maritrans from 1997 to 2007. Jennifer holds a BS in Meteorology and Oceanography from the State University of New York Maritime College and a Regents Diploma from Wayland High School.
