Nathaniel Flatt

Nathaniel Flatt serves as the Clinical Director at Epiphany Clinics since January 2023, overseeing the administration and delivery of ketamine-based treatments for mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Concurrently, Nathaniel Flatt holds the position of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist at Cedars-Sinai East Tower and practices as a psychotherapist in private practice under Nathaniel Flatt, LMFT. Nathaniel Flatt also acts as a Psychedelic Integrative Therapist at Field Trip Health, co-founded DMH AESTHETICS, LLC, and has held therapist roles at various organizations including La Ventana Treatment Programs and Center For Discovery. Education includes a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University-Los Angeles and dual Bachelor's degrees from Oklahoma City University in Fine/Studio Arts.
