Rachel Mundy Chartered MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Rachel began their career as an Air Hostess at Bmi Baby from April 2007 to August 2008. Rachel then transitioned into a role as an HR Manager at The MSS Group from September 2009 to December 2014. Their responsibilities in this role included managing, advising on, and implementing personnel policies, as well as providing guidance on training and development opportunities for employees.
From January 2015 to May 2016, Rachel worked as a Human Resource Manager and Executive Advisor at Triumph Furniture Limited. In this position, they provided support, advice, and guidance to the executive team, assisting with project management, meeting and project structures, and motivating and coaching senior management towards a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
Rachel then moved on to become an HR Manager and CSR Champion-Redundancy at 1st solutions employment & training services ltd. for a brief period from May 2016 to November 2016.
More recently, Rachel has been working at Fieldbay since December 2016. Rachel started as an HR Manager and eventually became the Head of People & Culture in March 2021, a position they currently hold.

In 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a 2:1 classification in Forensic and Investigative Studies at Coventry University.
