Currently serving as Managing Partner at k.factor, Ryan specializes in growth and leadership consulting for startups, drawing from personal experiences in scaling tech companies. In addition to this role, Ryan holds positions on the boards of several organizations, including FieldBin and Infosec Learning, while also acting as Managing Director at 7833 Capital Partners. Previous leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Cybrary, as well as VP of Marketing/Sales at TrainACE.
