Bill Williams is the owner and CEO of Field Services Co., a service company established in January 1990 that specializes in providing technical expertise and labor across the Energy Industry, including Oil, Natural Gas, and Electrical sectors, with a particular focus on instrumentation and controls. Bill Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management, with studies in accounting, marketing, and computer science, completed between 1975 and 1978.
