Miguel Tam has an extensive work experience in product marketing and product management. Miguel began their career in 2000 as Director of Product Marketing at Agile Software, where they were responsible for all product marketing initiatives for three product lines. In 2003, Tam moved to Oracle as Senior Manager and was responsible for market launch activities for Oracle Projects. Miguel then joined CA in 2005 as Marketing Director and then Director of Product Marketing at Niku/Computer Associates, where they increased revenue by 50% for New Product Development solution. Tam then worked at Right90 as Marketing Director and TopSprout as Principal before joining Serena Software in 2010 as Senior Product Marketing Manager. In 2013, Tam moved to Apttus as Senior Director of Product Marketing and was the first product marketer there. Finally, in 2015, Tam joined Propel as VP Product Success, VP Product Management and VP Marketing and Alliances. In 2022, they joined Fieldguide as Head of Product Marketing.
Miguel Tam has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in the field of Marketing, and a BS from Stanford University in Product Design.
