Iftach Birger

Iftach Birger has over 10 years of professional experience. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Owner of Birger Farm, where they grew olives, almonds and wine grapes on 750 acres of land, produced award-winning premium olive oil, and crafted artisan wine. In 2012, they Co-Founded and served as COO of FieldIn (powered by Agromentum Ltd), a cutting-edge startup that offers a solution to optimize professionals' activities in the farm. FieldIn provides growers with practical tools and a data source platform to make informative decisions and work more efficiently in real time.

Iftach Birger received their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.Sc.) in Plant Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2011, after studying there from 2008. Iftach then continued their education at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, graduating with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology- Plant Science in 2013.
