Billy Kite has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Billy began their career at Flag Financial Corp. in 1999, where they served as the Vice President and Support Center Manager. In this role, they provided technical and operational support for a large user base and managed a team of three employees. Billy also took on the responsibility of managing technical support resources and workflow, as well as assisting in technical issues related to mergers and divestitures. Additionally, Billy was tasked with managing the corporate Intranet implementation project, including designing and building the website and ensuring regular updates.

Following their time at Flag Financial Corp., Billy joined Flag Bank as the VP/Support Desk Manager. Billy continued to provide support to a user base of 400 employees across 27 offices. Additionally, they managed a team of employees and oversaw technical support resources and workflow. Billy also took on the role of a webmaster and web developer, leading the implementation of the corporate Intranet and managing the website and its updates.

Billy went on to work at One Georgia Bank as an IT Officer, where they played a crucial role in network administration, including user management, antivirus updates, server and workstation patch management, as well as maintaining the SAN and monitoring backups. Billy also took charge of maintaining the Citrix servers and farm, updating and upgrading applications, and installing and repairing hardware. Billy was responsible for maintaining the email environment, managing Citrix Netscaler and web interface servers, and overseeing the phone system. Billy actively participated in audits and regulatory exams, implemented fixes based on findings, and reviewed and evaluated new products and services.

From 2010 to 2015, Billy served as a Senior Support Engineer at Clubdrive Systems, Inc., followed by a role as a Project Engineer at Altuscio Networks from 2015 to 2016. Billy furthered their career as a Systems Engineer at Onepath LLC from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Billy joined Greater Community Bank as an Information Technology Officer, responsible for overseeing various IT functions. Billy later moved to SouthCrest Bank in 2019, working as an Information Technology Specialist until 2020.

Most recently, Billy joined Fieldpoint Private in 2020 as the AVP IT Support Manager, utilizing their expertise in managing IT support services.

Billy Kite attended Georgia State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a BBA degree in Marketing.
