Jürgen Knobloch has over 17 years of work experience in technical support and customer service roles. Jürgen began their career in 2005 as a Technical Support Agent at Fujitsu Communication Services Limited, where they provided support for Norton products, removed viruses, and acted as a Language Coordinator. From 2008 to 2009, Jürgen worked as an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative at Littelfuse, where they flagged new business opportunities, cross-sold to sales, and provided sales service and support to regional accounts. In 2009, they joined EFI as a Senior Technical Services Engineer, where they primarily took care of Fiery Controller and its associated software. Jürgen also acted as an interface between OEM, customers, and EFI's engineering and project management team, and was responsible for receiving, reviewing, updating, and assigning service calls to technicians and support specialists. Jürgen continued this role at Fiery starting in 2023.
Jürgen Knobloch attended the Fachakademie für Fremdsprachenberufe Kempten from 2000 to 2004, where they studied languages. Jürgen obtained additional certifications in the field of technology, including the Technician Learning Path from EFI in September 2021 and Learning REST APIs from Lynda.com in June 2019.
