Carlos Gil has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and franchise sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Agency Sales and AVP Franchise Expansion at Fiesta Franchise Corporation since September 2008, where responsibilities include strategic expansion of Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Service locations across the U.S. Previous roles include Director of Operations, overseeing franchise openings and managing digital marketing for 200 locations, and various leadership positions at companies such as Latin American Agents Association and C&E Computers.
