Previously, Eduardo held multiple roles at Sysco from March 2013 to January 2020, including Director of Category Management, where responsibilities included category strategy, supplier management, and driving category innovation. Eduardo’s expertise also extends to SUPERVALU, where positions included Category Director and Business Development Manager, overseeing a wide range of product categories and achieving significant annual sales growth. Eduardo began a professional career in inventory management and coordination with roles at UMOS and Seneca/Green Giant. Eduardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from St. Cloud State University and an education from Cornell University.
