Jamie Pollard

Jamie Pollard has extensive experience in loss prevention and auditing, currently serving as a Loss Prevention Specialist and Internal Auditor at Fiesta Mart, Inc. since December 2008. Responsibilities include conducting complete store audits across 35 locations in Houston and Austin, with a focus on various operational areas such as receiving, warehouse, and front end. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Minyard Food Stores for over 21 years, holding positions as Senior Auditor in Loss Prevention, Training Specialist, and Office Manager, where duties ranged from conducting detailed audits to providing training for cash office personnel. Jamie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Tarrant County College and graduated from Southwest High School in Fort Worth, TX.
