Sarah-Jane Dale

Sarah-Jane (SJ) Dale is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as the Founding Director of Progress Partners since December 2023, SJ provides essential support services to ambitious business owners and leaders in third sector organizations. Additionally, SJ holds the position of Non Executive Director for the trading subsidiary of Fife Cultural Trust (OnFife) since November 2022. Previously, SJ co-founded The Skills Collective and has held various roles including Business Development Manager at University of Stirling Venues, Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, and Sales Executive positions at ESPC (UK) Limited and Team Challenge Company. SJ's education includes a Master of Arts in English and Scottish Literature from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by leadership experience as Head Girl at Woodmill High School.
