Alex Duff

Alex Duff is an experienced media professional with a strong background in sports communications. Currently serving as the Head of Media Relations at FIFPRO since October 2015, Alex is the main contact between international media and the global football player union. Prior to this role, Alex was a Senior Communications Expert at FIFPRO, focusing on strategy and communications. Alex's career began as a Freelance News Reporter for The Associated Press from January 1998 to December 2000, where coverage included news, business, and sports, along with freelance work for major British tabloids. From May 2000 to September 2015, Alex worked as a Sports Business Reporter for Bloomberg News, covering sports business news for various publications. Alex holds a BA Hons in English and Italian from The University of Manchester.
