Stella Ashaolu

Stella Ashaolu is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Fifth Star Funds, established in July 2020, where a focus is placed on addressing systemic inequalities faced by Black individuals in America. As Founder and CEO of WeSolv since 2017, Stella leads a platform connecting companies to diverse candidates, enhancing hiring efficiency across various business roles. Stella has held roles at the U.S. Department of State as an International Exchange Fellow and at Gallup as a Senior Client Management Consultant, where responsibilities included optimizing enterprise performance. Additionally, Stella has experience in business strategy from Lowe Law and founded Westside Student Tutors to provide affordable academic assistance. Stella holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Political Science with an emphasis in Accounting from UCLA.
