Nolan Fearon

Nolan Fearon is an Analyst on the Capital Formation team at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on fundraising initiatives and investor relations.

Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Nolan worked as a Director within the Portfolio Solutions group at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on solution development and client care initiatives for occupiers of office and industrial assets.

Nolan grew up in Rye, NY and currently lives in Manhattan. He graduated from Lafayette College with degrees in Engineering Studies and Economics.
