Louisa Strayhorn

Louisa Strayhorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, education, and business development. Currently serving as a Master Coach at ProAdvisorCoach since September 2018, Louisa also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at TCC, where instruction encompasses Project Management, Customer Service, and Professionalism, among other subjects. As the owner of LSA Consulting LLC since March 1987, Louisa specializes in value engineering and strategic communications. Previous roles include Executive Director of From One Hand To Another, a not-for-profit focused on STEAMM education, and VDBA Commonwealth of Virginia, where assistance was provided to businesses. Louisa has also contributed to Bon Secours Health System as a Corporate Strategist Consultant and served as a City Councilwoman for Virginia Beach City Council. Louisa holds an MBA in Business from William & Mary, earned in 1990.
