Kiran Sutaria began their career in 2005 at Universal Software as a Research and Development Specialist. In 2007, they joined Gateway TechnoLabs Pvt. Ltd. (Gateway Group of Companies) as a Project Leader and IT Analyst. In 2010, they moved to Infosys as a Project Manager. In 2011, they founded Citta and served as Chief Executive Officer, providing inspired leadership company wide, making high-level decisions about policy and strategy, and reporting to investors. In 2018, Kiran co-founded FightSong!, a platform offering a group of apps that connect to the FightSong Portal, a central encrypted workspace tailored to support aspects of social-emotional learning (SEL). In 2021, Kiran founded Ratifys, an AI-enabled global platform that empowers the ecosystem of employers featuring employees verification and rating mechanism.
Kiran Sutaria has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Gujarat University in Mathematics and Computer Science, which they obtained between 2000 and 2002. Kiran then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from B.K. School of Professional and Management Studies in Information Technology between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from iSixSigma (Six Sigma - Master Black Belt (MBB) in 2012), Microsoft (Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in 2009), and Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2009).
