Diogo Ilheu

Diogo Ilheu is a business development representative at Figma since December 2022, focused on making design accessible to all. Previously, Diogo held several positions at TikTok, including EMEA Credit Risk Manager, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 5000 companies, performing credit risk assessments, and collaborating with various teams to implement new credit policies in EMEA. Diogo also served as a Sales Operations Specialist, contributing to the rollout of payment methods and developing BI dashboards to enhance sales processes. Prior experience includes an operations officer role at Trustin, where strategic lead generation efforts helped secure over $5 million in foreign investment to Portugal, and procurement operations at VMI Security, overseeing vendor negotiations and significantly reducing acquisition costs. Diogo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Lisbon and has studied Chinese Language and Literature.
