Lily Konings is an experienced design professional with a strong background in collaboration tools and product design. Currently serving as the Design Pillar Lead for Collaboration Tools at Figma, Lily has previously held positions such as Senior Design Manager at DoorDash and Product Design Manager for both Instagram and Messenger at Meta. Additional experience includes working as a Product Designer at AngelList and providing freelance design advisory services. Lily holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Computer Science from Cornell University.
