Bené Eaton has extensive work experience in the marketing field. Bené is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at FIGS since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Nike as the Head of Brand Marketing in NYC from 2020 to 2024. Before their role at Nike, they held positions at Ralph Lauren, starting as the Director of Global Brand Marketing from 2018 to 2019, and then as the Vice President of Global Brand Marketing from 2019 to 2020. Prior to Ralph Lauren, they worked at Under Armour as a Senior Lead in Global Brand Management from 2015 to 2018. Bené also has experience at Of Mercer as an Editorial Content Director from 2014 to 2017, as a Digital Marketing Advisor for several freelance projects from 2013 to 2017, and as an Advertising Manager at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston from 2013 to 2015. Bené began their career as an Associate Account Executive at MMI Agency from 2011 to 2013 and as an Assistant Account Executive at TBC from 2009 to 2010.
Bené Eaton holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the Jack J. Valenti School of Communication at the University of Houston. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication with a minor in Business from Trinity University.
