Lisa Hyndman

Lisa Hyndman, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Fil Delivery since March 2023. Previously, Lisa held the position of Human Resources Director at GO Logistics Inc. from July 2020 to July 2023 and worked as a Senior Human Resources Professional at Baxter International Inc. during 2019-2020. Lisa's extensive experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Symcor from 2015 to 2019 and at Walmart Canada Logistics from 2010 to 2014, where oversight encompassed multiple HR departments within large distribution centers. Earlier in Lisa's career, the role of Director of Human Resources Canada was held at GENCO from 2002 to 2010, alongside a position as Operations Manager for the Return Distribution Center at Hudson Bay Co. Lisa possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University and a certification as a Human Resources Leader from Sheridan College.
