Carl Warren has extensive experience in machining and production, beginning with an apprenticeship at Furness Smith Shipbuilding & Drydock from 1965 to 1968. Following this, Carl held various positions, including Fitter Machinist and Ship Fitter at multiple companies, such as MD Shipbuilding & Drydock and Crown Cork & Seal, where Carl designed jigs and fixtures. From 1981 to 1993, Carl worked as a Manual and CNC Machinist at Dependable Machine and Westinghouse Electric. Carl's career also includes a significant role as Tool and Die Maker at Fairlawn Tool & Die during the 1990s and managing Warrens Machine Services, a company contributing small-run jobs. Since 1995, Carl has been with Filamatic as a CNC Programmer and Machinist, specializing in SolidWorks with CAMWorks, showcasing a strong skill set in advanced machining technologies. Carl holds diplomas in Mechanical Engineering and Technology from John Donaldson Technical Institute.
