Tammy Carter

Tammy Carter is currently the CEO at File & ServeXpress Holdings, but they have a long and accomplished history in the client services field. Tammy started their career in 2005 as the General Manager of CaseFileXpress. In this role, they were responsible for the growth and development of the business. Tammy also performed account management for large national clients, provided training to staff, and led the design and growth of the CaseFileXpress product.

In 2013, Tammy became the Director of Client Services for the newly formed File & ServeXpress eFiling and eServices business. In this role, they focused on delivering client services and support for the vast network of nationwide law firms and Courts using File & ServeXpress. Tammy also participated in various business development, client relationship, and product development activities that supported the mission and goals of the organization.

Tammy has been instrumental in the success of both File & ServeXpress and CaseFileXpress. Her experience and dedication to their clients have made their a respected leader in the industry.

Tammy Carter earned a BS in Business - Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento.
