Sanford Bingham

Sanford Bingham is the Founder and CEO of FileOpen Systems Inc., a position held since April 1997, specializing in software development for digital rights management (DRM) tools aimed at preventing piracy and unauthorized access to information. Prior to this, Sanford served as Vice President at Magnetic Press Inc. from May 1995 to March 1997 and as Editor in Chief at Central Office Magazine from January 1993 to April 1995. Early in the career, Sanford worked as a Copy Editor at Matthew Bender from January 1992 to January 1993. Educational qualifications include a BA in Philosophy from Columbia University (1980-1985) and a General Course in the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (1983-1984).
